My spanky new digital piano arrived today. *happy*My childhood dream is partially fulfilled. It still sounds different from the real thing, but this will do for now.
I always wanted to learn how to play since I was young. I guess circumstances did not allow me to.
My dad asked me today why I never mentioned it before, my mum retorts that I have been wanting to learn for the longest time since my brief encounter i.e completing pre-grade 1 lessons but he didn't let me.
I think I did mentioned it alot of times but I didn't push for it because I knew that taking up lessons and getting the instrument is expensive. My family is not well-to-do and I knew I could do without it. Plus my mum had my brother then, I believe it was another mouth to feed. I never felt bitter about not being able to. I could go to my friend's house to bang on their piano. So long story short... it's okay, things will work out eventually. I get to play it now with my hard earned money. *bangs piano* weeee...
Now I just need more space in my room to put it XP
